Levenwick Health Centre Community Participation Group has been re-formed. We are a group of patients who participate with their practice to improve and develop its services. We are not able to respond to individual patient complaints.
Our Aims:
- To improve communication between the GP practice and its patients
- To improve GP service provision
- To run small projects around patients’ education and health promotion

In September 2021, we are publishing our first survey. Please fill out this survey designed by the Levenwick Medical Practice Community Participation Group to gather feedback to improve the communications and services from the GP surgery.
